This is the first of two webinars AI4Cities will organise - the second one will take place on 15.01.2021 -  to clarify the Call for Tender Documents, the procedure and to answer potential Suppliers’ questions or requests for clarification.

The session (9.30 to 11.00 CEST) will cover the following topics:

- The AI4Cities challenges
- Data sets
- Technology requirements
- Tender documents
- Eligibility and awarding criteria
- Submission
- Q&A

All questions or requests for clarification must be received by Forum Virium Helsinki no later than 10.12.2020 at 17:00 CET. Any questions received after this deadline will not be answered. With each question the correct document reference (Tender Document 1; Form E…) and page number should be clearly stated. The questions or requests for clarification must be addressed by email to info@ai4cities.eu.

In addition to these webinars, there will be a tender writing webinar in January 2021.
